Karma Tenzing Bhotia, executive chef, and owner of award winning Restaurant Tibet Nepal House in Pasadena, California is delighted to bring his unique cuisine to southwest Colorado. He was born in the remote mountainous region of Nepal and has traveled extensively throughout the Himalayas as a mountain guide and professional photographer. His travels helped him master the nuances of Himalayan cooking. He spent eight years as a chef in Austria, enabling him to combine bold flavors of Nepal with subtleties of European cuisine. He uses his expertise in Himalayan and European cooking to create unique flavors.
